Please find below a detailed JD for the Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead/Architect having 10+ years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. Requesting you to share good profiles as early as possible we are about to start the project from next week.

Key requirement: End to end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience. Additionally, we seek your support in providing both a Technical Lead and a Functional Lead for one year. Kindly share your rates along with your profiles.

An Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead/Architect designs, develops, and supports customizations, integrations, and capable of doing a complete orchestration of solutioning with collaboration with functional lead & team.

Candidate should be able to design UI/UX, Dashboard Analytics, Reports, and automated workflows for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrations:



Develop inbound and outbound integrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Data Migration: Manage mass data loads, conversions, and migrations using HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Data Loaders.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build custom BI Publisher (BIP) reports, OTBI dashboards, and HCM Extracts for third-party vendors and payroll systems.
• Fast Formulas: Develop and maintain Rapid Formulas across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation.
• Security & Compliance: Having good knowledge from HCM implementation point of view.

Ideally, candidate should have at least 10+ years of technical experience within the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environment.
