• Support solution design, proposal development, and customer engagements across Digital Workplace Services opportunities.
• Combine strong workplace domain expertise with emerging AI-driven workplace technologies to develop innovative and competitive solutions.
• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into tailored, AI-enabled Digital Workplace solutions.
• Clearly articulate the business and technical value of proposed solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Practice, and Technology teams to build differentiated offerings and win strategies.
• Operate as a Digital Workplace generalist with broad solutioning experience and deeper expertise in one or more workplace domains. Key Solution Areas

Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in Digital Workplace Services, End User Computing (EUC), or IT Infrastructure Services.
• Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, consulting, or technical sales support.
• Knowledge of Workplace AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI assistants, and automation-driven workplace solutions.

Experience Using Generative AI Tools For

• Proposal development
• RFP/RFI responses
• Solution documentation
• Content acceleration

Strong Expertise In
