Roles and Responsibilities
• Contact prospective clients and introduce Hospertz's services and capabilities.
• Understand client requirements, project scope, budgets, timelines, and business needs.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the Sales Head and senior management.
• Build long-term relationships with hospital owners, doctors,



healthcare entrepreneurs, architects, consultants, and investors.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Promote the company's services, including hospital planning, architectural and interior design, turnkey execution, MEP services, and project management consultancy.
• Prepare and share company profiles, service presentations, proposals, and other approved sales materials.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on submitted proposals, commercial negotiations, and pending client decisions.
• Assist in converting qualified leads into confirmed projects and signed agreements.
• Explore current markets, partnerships, referral networks, and business opportunities across India.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, client interactions, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Update the company
