Role Description The Sales Engineer – EPC Projects role is an on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves engaging with clients to understand technical requirements, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, and supporting the sales process for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and project teams, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, conducting site visits or meetings as needed,



and maintaining accurate records of opportunities, quotations, and project status. The Sales Engineer will also assist in negotiations, respond to customer inquiries, and build long-term relationships with key accounts to support business growth.
Qualifications
• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including managing client expectations and maintaining professional relationships.
• Effective Communication skills for technical presentations, proposal writing, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Degree or diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
