Cygnus Voyages Private Limited is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Corporate Travel team in the Pune region.

We are building an AI-native Corporate Travel Operating System that helps businesses manage travel, bookings, approvals, expenses, and travel intelligence in one connected ecosystem.

Role: Business Development Manager

Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales / Business Development

What you’ll do:

• Identify and develop new B2B corporate accounts across Pune.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate decision-makers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
• Understand client travel requirements and present suitable corporate travel solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.




• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Work closely with the operations and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Corporate Travel, TMC, Travel, Hospitality, or B2B services will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close business.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Comfortable meeting corporate clients and travelling within the region when required.
• Strong understanding of the Pune corporate market is a plus.
