? Key Responsibilities• Design and build agentic AI workflows, LLM-powered applications, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Develop production-ready AI services and automation using Python.
• Implement RAG architectures, embeddings,



vector databases, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using REST/OData APIs and SQL.
• Mentor three early-career AI engineers through daily collaboration, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with US-based AI leadership on architecture and engineering best practices.

✅ Required Skills• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in AI engineering.
• Strong Python programming and production-grade development skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
• Experience building agentic systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and tool/function calling.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading junior engineers.
• Excellent English communication skills.
