Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and guest preferences, while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, providing recommendations,



and ensuring an engaging bar experience. The role involves setting up and closing the bar, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels, handling cash and POS transactions accurately, and adhering to all food safety and responsible service guidelines. The Bartender will collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams, support peak service periods, and contribute to a friendly, professional atmosphere.
Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, attentive, and skilled guest interactions.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication and active listening in a fast-paced environment.
