About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Presales Interns who want to gain practical experience in customer communication, business development, lead generation, and technology product demonstrations.
You will work with our team to identify potential customers, understand their business needs, introduce our digital products, and support the presales process from initial outreach to product demonstrations and follow-ups.
This opportunity is suitable for students, freshers, and aspiring professionals interested in sales, marketing, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities• Research potential customers, businesses, and market opportunities.
• Identify and qualify leads through online research, qualified networks, and outreach.
• Contact prospective customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.




• Introduce our products and explain their features, benefits, and use cases.
• Assist with product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the internal team.
• Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and customer interactions in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development.
• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and business development teams.
• Learn how to manage prospects, handle objections, and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
