Role Description The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at the Pune Division office. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing the front desk, and handling basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry,



and mail distribution. The role also involves coordinating appointments and meetings, maintaining reception area cleanliness, and supporting administrative staff with routine office tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
