About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, audits, and Busy Accounting Software, along with a strong understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Busy Accounting Software.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations regularly.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Support Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate and assist during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in commerce BCom, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience working with a CA firm will be preferred.
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.
Understanding of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and basic financial regulations.
Exposure to audit processes and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling accounting operations independently.
Familiarity with tax filings and compliance procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
