We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Spring Boot to head up a development team and oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach a team of software engineers across the development lifecycle
• Manage the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions
• Build, implement, and maintain Java-based solutions optimized for high-volume, low-latency performance
• Participate in every phase of the software development lifecycle
• Assess user requirements to establish business objectives
• Verify that application designs align with business goals
• Detect and troubleshoot technical issues as they emerge
• Collaborate with architects and the technology team to stay aligned with technical strategy
• Investigate and assess technical solutions that address business needs
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the development team

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software development




• Solid command of Java (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Spring Data/JPA
• Deep knowledge of RESTful API design and development, along with Hibernate or comparable ORM frameworks
• Proficiency in React.js (hooks, functional components, state management), JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML5/CSS3
• Hands-on experience connecting frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring) and using Git for version control
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Ability to debug and resolve issues across the full technology stack
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
