Job SummaryMind & Brain Hospital is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand its healthcare referral network, build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, generate business leads, and promote the hospital's services.

Key Responsibilities• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to develop professional referral relationships.
• Build and maintain a robust network of referral partners.
• Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, and field visits to generate new business leads.
• Identify opportunities to expand the hospital's outreach and referral network.
• Explain the hospital's services and coordinate professional meetings with relevant healthcare providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, counsellors, and other relevant healthcare partners.




• Follow up on leads, referrals, meetings, and prospective partnerships.
• Maintain daily field visit reports, call records, lead databases, and business development reports.
• Achieve assigned targets for outreach, lead generation, meetings, and referral development.
• Coordinate with the hospital's internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

Eligibility Criteria• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare business development, hospital marketing, medical representative roles, or field sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare sales may also apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and doctor meetings.
