ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Head of Human Resources to build NetoAI’s HR function from the ground up and scale it as we grow across multiple geographies. Working closely with the leadership team, you will shape our people strategy, policies and culture, and create the foundations needed to hire, develop and retain top talent globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Define and drive the global people strategy, aligned with business and expansion plans.
▪ Build the HR function from scratch and scale it as the company expands internationally.
▪ Develop, implement and update HR policies aligned with business goals and local legal requirements.
▪ Lead talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits.
▪ Shape a high-performance,



inclusive culture that strengthens employee engagement and retention.
▪ Oversee employee relations, payroll and HR operations, and advise leadership on organisation design and workforce planning.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
▪ 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 3+ years in an HR leadership role.
▪ Startup experience or a track record of building the HR function from the ground up; exposure to tech product companies is an advantage.
▪ Global HR exposure, having led HR across multiple countries and regions.
▪ Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with hands-on experience developing compliant HR policies.
▪ Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
