We are seeking a skilled Telecom and CRM Consultant with a solid background in Azure technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, focusing on operational support systems (OSS) and autonomous solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure services and their application in the telecom industry. Responsibilities: Analyze and understand client requirements related to telecom and CRM systems. Design and implement solutions using Azure services, including Azure AD, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecom and CRM solutions. Provide consultancy and support to clients in optimizing their telecom operations. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the telecom and cloud domains.



Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on Azure IAM and other relevant technologies. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in the telecom industry, specifically with CRM systems. Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure AD, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Functions. Experience with Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Azure Cloud fundamentals. Experience in developing autonomous solutions for telecom operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience in telecom consultancy. Certifications in Azure technologies are a plus.
