Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 Years in International BPO / US Sales Process
Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹7 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:• Manage and lead a team handling US Inbound Sales / Customer Service / Transfer Campaign.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
• Drive team motivation, engagement, and target achievement.
• Coordinate with operations and management for process improvements.





Required Skills:• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Robust experience in International BPO / US Inbound Sales process.
• Ability to manage sales targets and team productivity.
• Good knowledge of call monitoring, reporting, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:• Graduation preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in International BPO.
• Experience in US Sales / Transfer Campaign will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
