Role Description The Brand Manager role at LA POLO is a full-time, in office position based in South Delhi. The Brand Manager will oversee brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across print, digital, and social media channels to ensure a consistent premium identity. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing brand campaigns, collaborating with editorial and marketing teams, managing partnerships and sponsorships, and analyzing performance metrics. The role involves developing creative concepts, coordinating events or brand activations,
maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the polo and luxury lifestyle community, and ensuring brand guidelines are followed. The Brand Manager will also monitor market trends, identify opportunities for brand growth, and contribute to the long-term brand roadmap.
Qualifications
• Brand management and marketing strategy skills, including experience in developing and executing brand campaigns.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and copywriting abilities for premium and lifestyle-focused audiences.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and basic analytics tools.
• Proven capability in stakeholder management, partnership development, and event or activation coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
