You’ll be Lemonpeel’s creative lead on the ground with major brands and agencies. You’ll understand their creative ambitions, build production workflows their teams can use, and produce outstanding work in Lemonpeel yourself.

This role requires both craft and presence. You should be as comfortable building a film as presenting it to a marketing head, explaining your decisions, and responding to challenging feedback.
You’ll help define how Lemonpeel works with its most important partners, with ownership over the creative approach, the workflow, and the final output.

What You’ll Own
• Work directly with leading brands and agencies to identify where AI can improve their creative production.
• Build and prototype workflows for ads, product films, campaign variations, and other branded content.
• Create exceptional work in Lemonpeel that demonstrates what’s possible and sets the standard for partner teams.
• Lead creative discussions, present concepts and finished work, and guide stakeholders through production decisions.




• Help client teams adopt these workflows through hands-on sessions and collaboration on live projects.
• Turn successful projects into repeatable workflows and compelling case studies.
• Bring real production challenges back to our product and engineering teams to help shape what we build next.

What You Bring
• A solid track record of creating and delivering work for major consumer brands, particularly in FMCG, beauty, personal care, food and beverage, or adjacent categories.
• Experience at an agency, production house, studio, or creative technology company where you personally owned meaningful parts of the work.
• An outstanding portfolio of released ads, films, or branded content showing visual taste, storytelling, and technical execution. A portfolio is required.
• Deep understanding of production workflows, with hands-on expertise in filmmaking, editing, VFX, animation, or motion graphics.
