Role Description The Chemist – Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The chemist will apply Ayurvedic knowledge to the formulation, development, and optimization of specialty organic chemical products and related preparations. Daily responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, performing analytical testing, documenting results, and supporting quality control processes to ensure product safety and consistency. The role involves collaborating with R&D; teams to design studies, interpret data, and contribute to new product development aligned with regulatory and industry standards. The chemist will also assist in maintaining laboratory equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and preparing technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment, preparing samples, and following standardized procedures.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control capabilities, with experience in testing,



validation, and adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and evaluation of experimental outcomes.
• Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills, including designing experiments, documenting findings, and supporting new product initiatives.
• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in chemistry, pharmacology, or related fields are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, raw materials, and their application in modern chemical and pharmaceutical contexts.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety standards, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary tea
