Role Description The Channel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for driving sales through regional channel partners and distribution networks. This role includes identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners, as well as developing joint business plans to grow revenue and market share for Cinebels’ audio, home cinema,



and automation solutions. The Channel Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and product positioning. Day-to-day activities involve meeting partners and customers, providing product demonstrations, resolving partner issues, and ensuring a high standard of service and follow-through. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine channel strategies and support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners for technology or consumer electronics products.
• Solid Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and target achievement.
