Job Description
We are looking for a Tibco BW Developer with hands-on experience in Tibco middleware development, integration, and application support. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tibco BusinessWorks 5.x, Tibco EMS, SQL, Linux/Unix environments, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks 5.x and Tibco EMS.
• Support deployment and maintenance of EAI/middleware applications.
• Work with SQL databases for data integration and application requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues across Tibco middleware and Linux/Unix environments.
• Participate in CI/CD activities and follow software development lifecycle processes.
• Use version control tools such as Bitbucket for source code management.




• Collaborate with teams and adapt to current technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Contribute to application support, deployment, and production activities.

Mandatory Skills
• Tibco BusinessWorks 5.x – Intermediate to Expert
• Tibco EMS / Middleware Messaging
• Tibco middleware development and integration
• SQL / Database

Preferred Skills
• Red Hat Linux / Linux-Unix
• CI/CD Pipeline knowledge
• Version control tools, preferably Bitbucket
• Basic shell scripting and Linux commands
• Understanding of complete SDLC
• Tibco Administration and deployment experience
• EAI application support experience
• Exposure to diverse technologies and frameworks
