Role Description:
Installation & Commissioning
1 Perform installation, commissioning, and validation of equipment at customer locations.
2 Ensure installations meet company standards and customer requirements.
3 Provide basic user training during installation.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
1 Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
2 Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently at site or remotely.




3 Maintain service records and reports for all activities performed.
Customer Support
1 Respond to service calls within defined TAT.
2 Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, solutions, and timelines.
3 Ensure timely closure of service tickets and customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Compliance
1 Maintain service logs, installation reports, and service checklists.
2 Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
3 Ensure proper handling of tools, spares, and consumables.
Coordination & Reporting
1 Coordinate with internal teams for spares, technical escalation, and approvals.
2 Submit service reports, expense claims, and feedback on a timely basis.
3 Support AMC, warranty, and service contract activities as required.
