Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Officer role based in Thrissur. The Field Sales Officer – Used Vehicle Loan will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding customers seeking finance for used cars, Used taxi car, and commercial vehicles. Daily activities include visiting dealers and prospective customers, explaining loan products,



collecting and verifying customer documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for application processing and approval. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining solid relationships with dealers and customers, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and pending cases. The Field Sales Officer will also monitor market trends, provide feedback on competitor offerings, and uphold company standards of transparency, integrity, and customer service.
