Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving operational excellence across the organization. The COO will plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies,



ensuring alignment with business goals, financial targets, and service delivery commitments. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes for IT infrastructure and information security services, and establishing performance metrics to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The COO will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team on business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, while maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. The position also includes responsibility for risk management, continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring senior managers to support sustainable growth.
