Role Description The MICE Sales Executive role is a full-time,



on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities in the MICE segment, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and events. The MICE Sales Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate closely with operations and supplier partners to ensure successful delivery of each event. Responsibilities also include market research, pipeline management, and regular reporting on sales performance, as well as attending industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills in the MICE or corporate travel domain, including lead generation and account management.
• Experience in client relationship management, with the ability to understand client need
