We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Growth Marketing Executive who can drive B2B lead generation, strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified business opportunities, and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Marketing & B2B Lead Generation
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.
• Identify potential clients across SMEs, enterprises, IT companies, and other relevant industries.




• Research target accounts and key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and HR/TA Heads.
• Generate leads for cybersecurity services, including SOC, VAPT, Cyber Forensics, Compliance, and IT Contract Staffing.
• Build and maintain a qualified prospect database and support the sales pipeline.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Improve the company's online presence to increase brand awareness and inbound enquiries.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and improve lead conversion.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve results.

3. Content Marketing & Brand Building
• Create engaging LinkedIn posts, blogs, email campaigns, case studies, service brochures, and other marketing content.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop c
