White Globe Private Limited is a language services company ranked No. 1 in India on the Slator LSPI. We deliver ISO 17100, ISO 13485 and ISO 27001-certified translation for global clients in healthcare, automotive and technology. A large part of our work runs on client platforms, where who can access what, and for how long, matters as much as the translation itself.

The role

You will own White Globe's Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environment. Your main job is keeping access for our linguists and staff accurate, secure and quick to change. That covers accounts on our tenant and our single sign-on into client translation platforms.

What you will do

• Run joiner, mover and leaver processes for linguists and staff, including removing access within 24 hours of a leaver.
• Manage coded (pseudonymous) linguist accounts, roles and the private register that links each ID to a person.
• Administer SAML single sign-on into client platforms: user and role assignment, claims,



and signing certificate renewals.
• Enforce MFA, maintain security groups and app roles, and review sign-in logs for failed or unusual activity.
• Manage Microsoft 365 more broadly: Exchange Online, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions and licences.
• Keep access and change records ready for client and ISO 27001 audits, and contribute to information-security policies.
• Act as the first technical contact for client platform teams on access issues, and support staff with day-to-day IT.
• Work with outside consultants on larger changes and keep runbooks up to date.

What you bring

• 3–5 years administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) in a business environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications and SAML or OIDC single sign-on.
• Working knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, security groups and role-based access.
• Comfort with PowerShell or Mic
