Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Indore Area.



This role focuses on providing high-quality healthcare support, coordinating patient care, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient needs, delivering basic medical interventions, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate health records. The Healthcare Specialist will also participate in health education initiatives, contribute to training sessions for team members, and support emergency response activities when required. The role involves frequent communication with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear information flow and a supportive care environment.
