Overview:
As a Human Resources Lead at Mavenwit, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing key HR functions across operations, administration, attendance management, and talent coordination. You will work closely with leadership to ensure HR processes are streamlined,



policies are followed, and the overall employee experience remains positive and compliant. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Oversee general HR operations, including policy implementation, communication, and system updates.
• Lead and coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and follow-ups across departments.
• Ensure smooth execution of the onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases, personnel files, and internal systems.
• Handle administrative responsibilities, including calendar management, meeting logistics, and workflow optimization.
