Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate marketing qualified who possesses a strong understanding of professional services. A team player and strategic thinker who can build relationships with US-based Strategic Marketers (SMs), and build and execute campaigns that align to business goals. A self-starter who can weigh-in on creating compelling content and recommend an optimum channel mix to activate our campaigns in the marketplace to drive return on investment (ROI).

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Marketing on the Strategic Marketing team, you will be responsible for:

• Support Strategic Marketers in activating campaigns across channels, including events, thought leadership launches, podcasts, webcasts, media outreach, web, social media, and email marketing
• Manage organic and paid marketing efforts, and coordinate with internal teams to plan, execute, and track campaign performance
• Develop internal and external communications and marketing collateral to promote Deloitte’s services and eminence
• Analyze marketing metrics,



prepare campaign effectiveness reports, and translate findings into recommendations that inform future campaign strategies
• Create targeted insights for stakeholders, share best practices, and follow established processes, protocols, reference materials, and tools for deliverables
