Role Description The Customer Care Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role include responding to inquiries across phone, email, and messaging channels,



and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The professional will handle appointment scheduling and rescheduling, guide families through clinic processes, and coordinate with medical and therapy staff to resolve concerns. They will monitor and document feedback, support resolution of service issues, and help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in clinic systems, following up with families after visits when needed, and contributing to a friendly, calm setting for children and parents.
