Candidate Profile & Qualifications
• Qualification: LL.B. / B.A.
LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a startup, corporate legal department, law firm, or similar setting (qualifying internships included).
• Core Competencies: Strong legal drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills with a solid understanding of contract, consumer, and commercial law.
• Liaison & Litigation: Experience or comfort with drafting legal notices, managing consumer disputes, court documentation, and liaising with statutory authorities.
• Industry Preference: Exposure to consumer technology, e-commerce platforms, data protection regulations, or tech startup environments is highly preferred.
• Work Ethic: High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple legal and compliance workflows independently.
