Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, explaining StemCyte’s cord blood banking services, and building solid, trust-based relationships with families and healthcare professionals.



Daily responsibilities include visiting partner hospitals and clinics, conducting presentations and counseling sessions, following up on leads, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to enrollment. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, coordinating with internal operations and customer support teams, and participating in marketing or awareness events as required.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain medical and technical concepts in simple, clear language.
• Customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and building long-term client trust.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort using
