Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include developing and presenting proposals, conducting market and competitor research, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs,



and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. The Business Development Manager will also negotiate contracts, track performance against sales targets, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
