We are looking for high-potential management graduates who want to go beyond conventional marketing execution and understand how digital businesses acquire customers, drive revenue and scale profitably.
As a Management Trainee – Performance Marketing & Growth, you will work on live business challenges at the intersection of marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, data analytics and business economics. You will gain hands-on exposure to customer acquisition, campaign optimisation, revenue growth and marketing efficiency, with opportunities to contribute directly to business decisions and measurable outcomes.




This role is suited to individuals who combine analytical rigour with commercial thinking, curiosity and an ownership mindset—and who want to build a strong foundation in growth, digital business and marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing: Support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with exposure to Google Ads.
• Growth & Revenue: Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, revenue and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
• Business Analytics: Analyse CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS and other key metrics to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Creative & Consumer Strategy: Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and test advertising concepts, messaging, videos and audience propositions.
• Consumer Insights: Study customer behaviour, audience segments and purchase journeys to improve acquisiti
