Strong understanding of Power Electronics
Desired Experience Range 8-12 years (Robust rel exp of 7 yrs in Power Electronics)

Must-Have
• Strong experience in hardware design and product development lifecycle
• Design and develop AC-DC power conversion systems and Transformer design knowledge.
• Strong understanding of converter topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, Forward, LLC, PFC, etc.)
• Design and optimization of SMPS power stages, magnetics, and control circuits
• Perform electrical and electronic component derating analysis
• Knowledge of thermal, efficiency, and reliability analysis
• Microcontroller/Processor-based designs
• Experience in schematic design, review, and design validation
• Interface circuits (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB, RS232/485)
• Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, shielding, and EMC/EMI considerations
• Familiarity with simulation tools/simulation for circuit analysis and validation




• Experience in component selection, alternate component qualification, and obsolescence management
• Component selection and qualification for power applications
• Support PCB layout reviews for high-current, thermal, and EMI-sensitive designs
• Experience in hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, power analyzers, and protocol analyzers
• Working knowledge of product compliance requirements such as CE, UL, EMI/EMC standards
Good-to-Have • Experience with simulation tools such as PSpice, LTspice, or equivalent
• Experience in embedded hardware development and board bring-up activities
• Knowledge of reliability engineering and DFM/DFA principles
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical specifications
• Experience working in cross-functional development teams
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
