The finance manager will be responsible for overseeing the whole fi nance / accounts / compliance department at GyanDhan. The individual will be responsible for monitoring general accounting practices, budgeting, developing internal accounting controls, tracking high-volume corporate client accounts, payroll processing, RBI interaction and compliance, and the design and ownership of automated, policy-enforced finance processes across the group.

Roles And Responsibilities





• Own the redesign of the finance function into documented, automated processes: write SOPs for every recurring process (month-end close, reconciliations, TDS/GST, RBI and CIC returns) and co-own the finance automation roadmap with the Tech team
• Implement the delegation-of-authority matrix, maker-checker approvals and fi nance policies (expense, procurement, related-party) as enforced system workfl ows, not just documents
• Own lender commission invoicing, ledger reconciliation and dispute tracking for the marketplace (SCPL),
• Maintain a compliance calendar covering statutory and RBI fi lings for both entities, with named owners and evidence of each fi ling
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes, payroll and secretarial provisions
• Support debt raises led by the CEO: maintain lender data rooms, prepare len
