Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves engaging with prospective students via phone, email, and messaging platforms to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable online programs. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, provide detailed program information,



and guide them through the admission process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on inquiries, coordinating with counseling and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to enrollment. The role also focuses on meeting conversion targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including handling inbound/outbound calls, lead qualification, and conversion.
