Role Description : The role is for our brand Khameera - Artisanal Sourdough Pizza. The Sous Chef is a full time and hands on Continental Cuisine Chef, on-site role based in Defence Colony, supporting the overall kitchen operations for Bynge Kitchens India and its multiple brands. The Sous Chef will assist in food preparation,



and ensuring consistent quality across all dishes and delivery orders. Daily responsibilities include supervising line cooks, managing mise en place, monitoring food safety and hygiene standards, and coordinating timing so that orders are prepared and dispatched efficiently. The role involves maintaining inventory levels, minimizing waste, and collaborating on new recipes and brand-specific specials. The Sous Chef will also help train team members, uphold kitchen discipline, and contribute to a positive, high-performance kitchen culture.
Qualifications

• Culinary skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating, with strong understanding of multi-brand or multi-cuisine operations.
• Knowledge of kitchen management, including inventory control, portioning, waste reduction, and coordination of delivery-focused service.
