Manager / Senior Manager, Key Accounts (Consumer Loans)

About The Opportunity

The company is building a next-generation Consumer Loans and credit distribution platform and is in a 0→1 scaling phase. It is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Key Accounts to own and grow high-impact merchant partnerships, driving disbursals, revenue and portfolio performance end to end. This is an individual contributor role based in Bellandur, Bangalore.

Role And Responsibilities

You will own and manage merchant partnerships as the primary business owner, driving disbursal growth and revenue across key accounts. You will take full ownership of account-level P&L;, including profitability and efficiency, and monitor and improve portfolio health across collections, bounce rates and credit performance. You will lead partner integrations and product rollouts, coordinating across product, tech and lender teams. You will also drive account expansion through current use cases, cross-sell and deeper penetration,



and handle escalations and issue resolution to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Skills And Qualifications

We are looking for 5 to 8 years of experience in the NBFC, fintech or lending ecosystem, with prior experience managing key accounts or partnerships in credit or payments. You should have strong exposure to Checkout Financing, BNPL, EMI and Pay Later products, and a deep understanding of lending products such as EMI and Pay Later. Strong stakeholder management across merchants and lenders is essential, along with a strong P&L; ownership mindset. You should make data-driven decisions using Excel and analytics (SQL is a plus) and understand collections and credit performance metrics.
