Job description:

Must Have - Music and Entertainment Industry Experience

Core responsibilities :

• Managing Musician artists.
• Understanding musical genres, arrangements, instruments, song structures, and performance quality.
• Improving stage presence, performance quality, repertoire, and overall artist growth.
• Coordinating sound checks, rehearsals, stage requirements, and show schedules.
• Planning & strategizing artist development.
• Conducting outbound call for lead generation & business - development for the artist.
• Generating sales by obtaining advertising contracts, live shows, events by serving as the primary liaison between clients and artists.
• Conducting negotiations for show & event enquiries.
• Managing backend travelling – ticketing, hotel booking, transportation, food, etc.




• Making Travel bookings and coordination.
• Monitor social media platforms to increase online presence and to attract new fans.
• Marketing through emailers & broadcast messages to various groups/clients/event companies.
• Getting & coordinating for creatives & show reels

Desired Profile:

• 3-5 years experience into Celebrity Management.
• Strong experience in Artist sales.
• Proven experience of Revenue generation.
• Good Industry connections.
• Target driven.
• Good communication skills.
• Self motivated & proactive.
