The firm supports residential societies and stakeholders through every phase of the self-redevelopment process, from initial planning to project completion.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Mumbai. You will start at our Vikhroli East office. The Lead Generation Executive will identify potential clients to buy residential and commercial spaces in our project, build and maintain lead databases, and initiate contact through calls, emails and meetings. The role includes conducting market research to develop the best sales plan, establishing initial contact with prospective buyers, maintaining robust relationships with leads, and scheduling meetings with prospective customers. Daily responsibilities involve proactive outreach, accurate data entry in CRM tools or spreadsheets,



and regular reporting on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads for consulting services.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyse housing societies and localities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in real estate, consulting, or project management environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work in office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and travel locally as required.
• Comfort with using basic CRM tools, spreadsheets, and office productivity software for data management and reporting.
• A minimum educational qualification at the graduate level in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
