Role Description: The Business Development Manager – Field Sales for AMC Real Estate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting,



and closing new business opportunities related to annual maintenance contracts and real estate services. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves meeting potential and existing clients, presenting solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships to drive revenue growth. The position includes coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, track leads, and ensure timely delivery of services and documentation. The individual will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and contribute to business planning. Regular field visits, networking, and participation in industry events will be part of the daily activities to expand Liaison Bank’s client base and brand presence.
