Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales and Service Engineer based in Coimbatore South. The role involves visiting customer sites to install, commission, and demonstrate medical equipment, ensuring that systems are set up correctly and safely. The Sales and Service Engineer will handle routine maintenance, diagnose and resolve technical issues,



and provide timely field service and technical support to healthcare clients. Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team to understand client requirements, supporting product presentations, and maintaining strong customer relationships through clear communication and responsive service. The role also requires accurate documentation of service activities, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and regular reporting on equipment performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications
