*Job Summary*
As a Telecaller (Sales Lead Generation), you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our car refinance and loan products, understanding customer needs, and generating qualified sales leads for our loan sales team.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain Car Refinance and Loan products.
* Identify customer needs, assess basic eligibility details, and generate quality sales leads.




* Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with interested prospects.
* Build positive relationships with prospective clients through clear and professional communication.
* Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
* Update and maintain accurate call logs and lead details in the database/CRM.

Designation: Telecaller – Loan Sales / Lead Generation
Location: Teynampet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday Off)
Compensation: 25k + High Incentive Structure

*Key Requirements*
Education: Graduate degree (Any stream / Bachelor's degree required).
Experience: Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, BPO, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation (Experience in Loans/Banking/Automobile finance is a plus).
Languages: Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory); basic English ,Hindi is an added advantage.
