Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Veeva Vault QMS Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience to support business analysis and quality management initiatives within the life sciences domain.




The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and quality management processes such as CAPA, deviation management, change control, complaints, and audit management.The role involves analyzing business requirements, preparing functional documentation, collaborating with technical and functional teams, supporting system implementation, and coordinating functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Knowledge of GxP compliance and experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environments would be an added advantage.
Qualifications
• 6+ years of relevant qualified experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS (Quality Management System).
