At Jovees Herbal, we’re looking for a strategic and analytical Social Media Manager who can combine creative thinking, data-driven insights and AI-powered tools to strengthen our digital presence and drive meaningful audience engagement.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of social media experience, with an agency background mandatory.
• Social Media Strategy: Robust understanding of content strategy, platform-specific planning, trends and campaign execution.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance metrics, analyse audience behaviour and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• AI & Social Media Tools: Proficiency in AI tools for content ideation, research, workflow optimisation, analytics and reporting.
• Platform Management: Experience managing multiple social media platforms,



performance tracking and reporting.
• Industry Experience: Skincare, beauty or personal care experience preferred.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to collaborate with creative teams, agencies and internal stakeholders.
