Role Description The Property Consultant will work on-site in Kochi in a full-time capacity, supporting clients through every stage of their property search and purchase. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable properties, and conducting property tours. The role involves explaining project features, pricing, and terms, handling inquiries,



and maintaining regular follow-up to build trust and close sales. The Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate property information, prepare basic documentation, and keep records updated in CRM or sales tools. This role also includes staying informed about local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide informed guidance and support business growth.
