We’re hiring: Microsoft 365 & Azure Support Engineer (L1/L2)
We’re looking for a certified Microsoft and Azure support engineer for a 1-year remote contract, with an option to extend.

The role
• Level 1 and Level 2 support across Microsoft 365 and Azure
• User account, MFA and licence management
• Troubleshooting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Entra ID, Intune and Azure resource support
• Working to SLAs and documenting fixes

What you need
• Certifications: AZ-104 and MS-102 (both mandatory)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and core Azure services
• Explicit communication and the ability to work independently

Details
• Contract: 12 months, extendable
• Location: Remote
