About Vedbhoomi
Vedbhoomi is a 51-acre integrated project in Raigad that brings together hospitality, a plant nursery and agricultural plots for sale. Operations are managed from our main office in Kothrud, Pune, with a project team on site at Raigad.

About the role
As Accounts Executive, you keep our financial records accurate and up to date, and act as the main link between the Kothrud office and the Raigad team. You will maintain the books, process payroll and reimbursements, keep site and inventory records, and prepare clean data for our CA and CS (they handle the TDS and GST filing).

What you will do
• Record daily expenses, maintain bank and petty cash records, and reconcile them regularly
• Keep booking and plot-booking records: amounts received, balances due, receipts and refunds
• Prepare monthly payroll from attendance and leave data; process incentives, TA/DA and reimbursements
• Fill and verify site work-done sheets, JCB and fuel logs, and sheet-based inventory records
• Prepare complete data for the CA and CS every month and keep records audit-ready




• Collect the daily update from the Raigad team by phone and WhatsApp, and follow up until it is complete
• Share a weekly cash summary and a monthly report so the books are ready for a proper month-end P&L;

Who we are looking for
• Graduate in commerce, finance or business (B.Com, BBA or equivalent); CA Inter (cleared or pursuing) is a plus
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts or administration
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets; Tally knowledge preferred (training provided)
• Transparent communicator in English, Marathi and Hindi, who follows up until the work is done
• Honest, detail-oriented and eager to learn

Terms
• Location: Kothrud, Pune (on-site)
• Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Sunday off
• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
• Joining: 1 November 2026
• 3-month probation, 30-day notice period
• Selection: phone call, then in-person interview at our Kothrud office
