We are looking for a motivated and curious Management Trainee who is eager to learn business operations, tender management, and corporate processes. This role offers an opportunity to understand how businesses identify opportunities, prepare proposals, coordinate across departments, and participate in government and private-sector tenders.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools in daily work, possess good analytical and coordination skills, and be willing to explore new responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities• Assist in identifying and researching business opportunities through government and private tender portals.
• Learn to review tender documents,



understand eligibility criteria, submission requirements, and deadlines.
• Support the preparation of tender proposals, quotations, compliance documents, and other business-related documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technical teams to collect information required for tender submissions.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to research information, summarize documents, draft content, and improve work efficiency.
• Maintain records of tender opportunities, submission status, deadlines, and business documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, Excel sheets, and management updates.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Learn business processes, procurement procedures, and tender management practices through hands-on training.
